O2O Data and Contract Management Platform for Bidding Agent Selection

This study proposes a bidding agency matching platform to support individual buyers who wish to participate in real estate auctions but find it difficult to attend the relevant district court on the auction date. The proposed platform efficiently connects buyers with local bidding agents, facilitating the conclusion of bidding agency contracts between the two parties. Bidding agents will then conduct bidding on behalf of the buyer at the court on the auction date, thereby enabling office workers and the general public, who previously had difficulty participating in real estate auctions due to time and space constraints, to participate more easily.
