摘要

Metal-rubber isolators represent a novel type of vibration isolator that not only possesses the vibration isolation properties of traditional rubber but also exhibits the characteristics of metallic materials, including corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, and aging resistance. Consequently, metal-rubber isolators can be applied in specialized environments such as nuclear facilities, ships, and aerospace equipment. This study designed a high-load-capacity three-dimensional vibration isolator based on metal-rubber. Utilizing two distinct grades of metal-rubber and structural design, the isolator achieves vibration isolation in three directions. Dynamic and static performance tests were conducted on prototype samples, analyzing dynamic mechanical properties such as stiffness and damping through vibration frequency and energy dissipation analysis. The final design weighs approximately 11.7 kg, with an axial load capacity of no less than 1 ton. Its axial natural frequency is stabilized at 12 Hz. This isolator is suitable for supporting large, heavy-duty equipment in demanding environments such as high humidity, salt spray, and nuclear radiation.
