The Structure Optimization Design of a Portable Fixed-Wing UAV

摘要

UAV is widely used in civil fields. According to the operational characteristics and requirements, a portable, lightweight, remote-controlled fixed wing UAV is numerically analyzed in this paper, and its structure is optimized. The results show that the Naca6409 airfoil has good lift and drag characteristics. The airfoil with smooth surface treatment can effectively slow down the airflow transition. The airfoil needs to be strengthened at the root and front to resist the concentrated load. The designed airframe shape can provide part of the lift for the aircraft and has good aerodynamic characteristics. It provides guidance for airfoil selection, wing strengthening, airframe aerodynamic shape design and aircraft surface fabrication.
