Structure Designs of a Portable Fixed-Wing UAV

With the development of science and technology in our country, UAVs are widely used in many fields. In this study, a portable fixed-wing UAV was designed in this paper. The wing was designed with the wing quick-release head and the foam sandwich composite structure to achieve high-strength, lightweight and easy-to-disassemble function. The fuselage connecting groove, the riveting layer, and the carbon tube fuselage structure were used to reduce the fuselage weight. A foldable V-shaped tail was designed with a 3D printing limit slide structure. Practice has shown that the UAV has the advantages of low weight, portability, low cost, and high performance.
