Optimal Design of a Micro Composite Thin-Wing UAV

摘要

In order to meet the requirement of high endurance and high portability of UAV, the research on hand jettisoned composite UAV design by multiobjective optimization and the analysis of UAV flight performance were carried out. The aerodynamic shape of UAV wing is optimized by parameter processing and genetic algorithm; The aerodynamic characteristics of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) were studied, and the aerodynamic parameters and characteristics of UAV in cruise flight were obtained. The effect of propeller slipstream on UAV flight performance was obtained; Based on the two-way fluid structure coupling method, the structural response and the unsteady flow characteristics of the wing are analyzed, and the internal mechanism of the aerodynamic performance and stress characteristics of the wing is revealed. The results show that the multiobjective optimization can significantly improve the UAV flight performance, and the lift to drag ratio after optimization is increased by 15%, confirming the capability of multiobjective optimization in improving UAV flight performance.
