摘要

Modified function projective synchronization (MFPS), a synchronization mode that enables drive-response systems to achieve synchronization with respect to a predefined scale function matrix, plays a crucial role in the field of secure communications [109–112]. Adaptive control [113–115] emerges as an effective approach to accomplish MFPS for chaotic systems. This chapter focuses on the exploration of adaptive MFPS and is structured into two sections. Section 5.1 presents the adaptive MFPS scheme for general uncertain chaotic complex systems, while Sect. 5.2 investigates the adaptive hybrid function projective synchronization problem for general chaotic complex systems with mismatched orders. First, the definition of modified function projective synchronization (MFPS) is presented as follows. We then consider two general chaotic complex systems.
