In recent years, Tunisian textile and clothing SMEs have experienced strong competitive intensity in terms of deadlines, productivity, quality, performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Indeed, in this confusing global context, we think agile before being digital and innovative in the face of rapid changes and customer demands. In this context, the purpose of this comparative study between two Tunisian textile and clothing companies with different organizational structures. We applied in this study the criteria of the agile kanban method on both companies E1 and E2 in order to evaluate and identify the most efficient according to the percentages of agile scores. We found the following results: company E1, which applies agile kanban and 4.0, has an overall Agile score percentage 38.17% higher than company E2. This gap clearly reflects its impact on the performance and efficiency criteria of both companies. The results of our research show that the Agile method improves the productivity and efficiency of companies, and that they provide fertile ground for exploring other agile indicators. This gap clearly reflects its impact on performance and efficiency metrics at both companies. Our research findings also demonstrate that the Agile methodology improves companies’ productivity and efficiency, providing fertile ground for exploring other Agile indicators.
