Design and Testing of a Mechatronics Quick Connection Structure Adapted to Automated Assembly
摘要
This paper presents a mechatronics quick connection structure designed specifically for automated assembly, which not only enables unmanned assembly, but also meets the modular rapid combined requirement. By establishing a finite element model, the influence factors of the load carrying capacity such as the matching surface inclination angle and the friction coefficient between the structure components was analyzed. Moreover, a test method for the reliability verification of the connection structure was proposed, and the weak parts and optimization schemes were identified through the tests.
