Research on the Development Method of Unmanned Aircraft Based on MBSE

摘要

Aiming at the problems of poor document traceability and consistency in the forward design of unmanned aircraft by traditional text-based system engineering method, and it is difficult to meet the technical requirements of close collaboration and rapid iteration of multiple positions, the model-based system engineering (MBSE) method is introduced, and the development method of unmanned aircraft based on MBSE is proposed. Firstly, the forward design of the aircraft is completed based on SysML. Then, using the mapping technology between SysML and Modelica, on the one hand, the simulation model of Modelica is obtained by transforming SysML, and the design verification is completed, which fully ensures the rationality of the design; On the other hand, the Modelica is transformed, and the SysML architecture component is obtained as the design model base; Finally, a virtual experiment is carried out based on SysML function model and Modelica performance model. Practice has proved the effectiveness of this method, which is of guiding significance to improve the forward design process of unmanned aircraft and improve the design efficiency and accuracy.
