The analysis found that the above reason is the bending deformation of the chassis frame. The deformation of the chassis can cause the dynamic and static contacts of the circuit breaker to be misaligned, posing a serious risk of contact burnout and requiring sufficient attention from users. Manufacturers should take measures to increase the compressive strength of chassis vehicles to avoid serious impacts caused by deformation due to long-term use.
