Control
摘要
This chapter examines Aikido techniques from the perspective of human motor control. Both we and our opponents are human, and our bodies are driven by shared motor control principles. We utilize these characteristics in daily activities, sports, and other pursuits. Because both we and our opponents employ the same motor control methods, understanding these principles is likely to enhance the practice of sports and martial arts. This chapter provides an overview of human motor control and then explores its application in Aikido techniques. Additionally, Aikido techniques are analyzed using measurements of the opponent’s high-speed grasp of our hand. Please note that, to ensure accessibility, some explanations in this chapter are simplified and may differ from precise neuroscience terminology or include incomplete details.
