Conceptual design is an important stage in product design, especially in the stage of conceptual design scheme generation, the existing automation methods mainly rely on the existing knowledge and the functional requirements of new products to provide solutions. At present, faced with a large number of technologies to choose from, it often results in a large set of alternatives. This paper presents a method of product concept scheme construction based on technology integration. According to the principle of proper granularity and less matching between functions, the function chain is divided into reasonable function chain units to reduce the number of potential solutions. At the technical level, the matching and evaluation are carried out to select the best technology combination. The technical scheme of each functional chain unit is combined to form an overall preliminary technical scheme, which is modified and optimized according to the needs, and finally a complete product conceptual structure that meets the design objectives is obtained. This paper takes seabuckthorn picker as an example to analyze and verify the feasibility of the method.

摘要
