By analyzing the interrelationships among various components, taking into account the centrifugal force and gyroscopic moment acting on the ball, and using D’Alembert’s principle, a five-degree-of-freedom quasi-static model of the angular contact ball bearing was established to analyze the differences in the contact characteristics of bearings made of ceramic materials and bearing steel materials. The parameters such as the contact force and the contact angle of the bearing were respectively analyzed under the combined action of pure axial force and combined axial and radial load. The analysis results show that ceramic bearings have better performance in terms of contact. And the difference between the full ceramic bearings and the hybrid ceramic bearings is relatively small.

摘要
