摘要

In the furniture consumer market, furniture showroom space, rental costs and other factors will lead to the development of enterprises to display program is difficult to cover all the typical products, with the diversified needs of consumers there are barriers; traditional furniture manufacturing enterprises on a furniture product performance evaluation often rely on physical samples and field tests, time-consuming and difficult to comprehensively cover a variety of use scenarios. The aim of this study is to develop a commercial furniture showroom system using Virtual Reality (VR) technology with immersive experience as the core objective. Static and dynamic simulation of commercial furniture will be conducted and the evaluation results of the performance of reachable area, force and comfort will be derived through ergonomic analysis. The immersive commercial furniture showroom system based on VR technology includes modules such as virtual showroom, product models selection and product performance evaluation, which can meet the user’s personalized customization needs in the virtual environment. The Immersive Commercial Furniture Showroom combines VR technology with the furniture industry to help companies save time, workforce and material costs, while providing new channels for customers to digitally customize interactive commercial furniture and innovative ideas for building digital commercial furniture businesses.
