Research and Application of Fast Generation and Transformation of FSI Simulation Model for Oil Dampers

To shorten the development cycle of dynamic design of oil damper. The key parameters of dynamic characteristics, such as the number of piston holes, piston diameter and piston rod diameter, are obtained from the fluid and solid finite element simulation model files. Based on the IN format command and ADINA Fluid Structure Interaction(FSI) finite element software, a calculation solution is proposed to output the dynamic characteristics simulation analysis results of the damper. The flow parameterization design method of the damper Fluid Structure Interaction 3D simulation model command is realized. The design is divided into several parameter modules.Finally, an example is given to verify the feasibility of the parametric design method in ADINA software. The experiment shows that this method can quickly establish the fluid-solid coupling simulation model and conduct the simulation analysis in ADINA.Compared with the traditional interface operation method, this method is easy to operate and understand, and can provide a simple and easy-to-use fluid-solid coupling simulation tool for engineers. It can cover single-cylinder damper, double-cylinder damper, anti-snake damper and other industrial dampers.
