To systematically understand the current status and development trends of user experience (UX)-oriented industrial design research, this study employs bibliometric methods to analyze relevant literature from the Web of Science database. Using tools such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer, the research explores the hotspots, trajectories, and developmental dynamics in this field. The study systematically reviews the current state of UX-oriented industrial design research and introduces a cross-cultural perspective as a significant direction for future research. The findings indicate that UX-oriented industrial design research is evolving towards interdisciplinary integration, intelligence, personalization, and sustainability.
