In response to the large-scale, low-cost, and short cycle production needs of constellation systems, multiple spacecraft development companies have explored and researched satellite batch production models, and built intelligent satellite production lines with mass production capabilities. In order to verify whether the design scheme of the satellite batch production line is reasonable and scientific, this article sorted out the assembly, integration, and test process of the batch production satellite, preliminarily built the production line system architecture, planned the site layout of the production line, and summarized the application of virtual simulation technology in satellite production line design. Further conducted virtual simulation research on satellite batch production lines. A 3D model of the production line was established in the virtual simulation environment of Visual Components. The logic, planning, and logistics path of the production line were set up. Finally, simulated and evaluated to optimize the layout of the production line. To provide support for the construction of satellite batch production lines and the large-scale production of constellation systems.
