Grounding Design and Implementation of an Airborne Electronic Equipment
摘要
The grounding technology for airborne electronic equipment is a highly significant yet intricate field. Effective grounding not only mitigates the impact of interference but also prevents the equipment from radiating interference, thereby ensuring robust electromagnetic compatibility and significantly boosting system reliability. Conversely, faulty grounding can introduce severe interference, potentially rendering the airborne electronic equipment inoperable. Taking a specific type of airborne electronic equipment as an example, this paper delves into the design of its safety grounding and signal grounding. With regard to safety grounding, the emphasis is on lightning protection grounding design and equipment safety grounding design. As for signal grounding, the research primarily focuses on both the equipment level and PCB level. Experimental results have demonstrated that the grounding design methods outlined in this paper are safe and reliable, effectively safeguarding downstream equipment while exhibiting excellent anti-interference capabilities. By conducting a systematic analysis and design of the grounding for airborne electronic equipment, the reliability and anti-interference capabilities of the system have been substantially enhanced.
