This chapter interrogates how inter’ality functions not as a neutral concept but as a polysemic and ideological construct shaped by power and economic-political interests. It introduces a set of analytical tools such as ‘ambiguity markets’, ‘lexical hegemony’ and ‘policy ventriloquism’, to reveal how language in ICER is strategically used to commodify uncertainty, enforce dominant epistemologies and maintain systemic inequities. By deconstructing the hidden agendas behind common terminology, the chapter argues for a more reflexive and politically aware engagement with intercultural discourse, moving beyond superficial consensus to embrace productive dissonance and epistemic justice.

摘要
