摘要

The growing culture of collaboration in modern workplaces has popularized the trend of shared workspaces among people from diverse professional backgrounds. These collaborative setups provide opportunities for individuals to engage, exchange ideas, and overcome the isolation often associated with working independently Garrett [1]; Memon [2]; Johns [3]. In essence, shared workspaces bring together people with varied skills, interests, and roles under one roof to foster creativity and cooperation Moriset [4]. The continuous expansion of this model reflects a shift toward flexible, adaptive, and remote-friendly work environments. The key factors fueling this transformation include evolving work patterns, strategic locations, and sustainable practices emphasizing the shared use of facilities, services, and equipment. Moreover, accessibility, thoughtful design, and an inclusive community further enhance the appeal of shared workspaces. Artificial intelligence plays an instrumental role in elevating these environments. AI-powered systems help create smarter, more responsive settings by customizing elements such as lighting, temperature, and seating based on users’ preferences. They also contribute to resource optimization by tracking space utilization and forecasting demand, enabling workspace providers to improve layouts and streamline operations. Building on these developments, the present study empirically examines user experiences with AI-integrated shared workspaces. Through surveys and interviews with workspace members, the research investigates how AI tools support daily tasks and influence overall satisfaction. The results emphasize that understanding user experiences is vital for maximizing the benefits of AI technologies and encouraging their adoption. Practically, the findings offer valuable guidelines for implementing AI-enabled tools aligned with user needs in collaborative work settings.
