With the advent of AI powered technology the face of HR functions has seen multi-dimensional changes. It has created opportunities for understanding the employees better and providing opportunities to HR to understand the drivers for employees’ motivation and engagement in the workplace. The present study aims at analyzing the impact of AI on Employee experience and employee engagement. The paper explores dimensions of field documents using relational techniques and bibliometric analysis highlighting the top countries, research institutes, and authors in the field in terms of publication trends. IT also discovers the major advances on the topic under study through the science mapping, co-citation analysis, and bibliometric coupling analysis. Thematic mapping and trend analysis drew attention to historical and contemporary trends in important and influential research in the fields of artificial intelligence. The coordination and synthesis of numerous prior studies in this paper creates a solid foundation for future researchers by aiding in the understanding of the role of AI in creating exceptional employee engagement and employee experience.
