摘要

In the past decade, the swift expansion of e-commerce has transformed customer behavior, triggering the emergence of Quick Commerce as a game-changing force in Indian retail. Through its one-hour delivery, Quick Commerce harnesses convenience, speed, and efficiency to rethink supply chains and enhance customer experiences. This study examines how the growth in smartphone and internet penetration, along with increasing urbanization, have compelled the rollout of Quick Commerce in India. Innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, and machine learning are employed to organize logistics, real-time inventory, and customer interactions. Based on primary surveys and secondary data from official reports, this study identifies critical challenges. The study depicts how localized digital solutions and strategic partnerships can significantly enhance operational efficiency and resilience. In the center of our research is the critical significance of combined supply chain management. Innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT, and machine learning are employed to synchronize logistics, real-time inventory tracking, and customer interaction. Based on primary surveys and secondary information from government reports, our research finds that there are significant issues such as infrastructural constraints, market fragmentation, and traffic congestion in urban areas that hinder effective last-mile delivery and inventory visibility. The study shows how local digital solutions and strategic partnerships can make a significant impact in operational effectiveness and resilience. In the long run, whether the success of Quick Commerce in India depends on further optimizing supply chain responsiveness, integrating targeted technology innovations, and adopting environmentally friendly practices to address these issues in a rapidly evolving market.
