Exploring Transfer Learning with T5 and BERT for Question Answering

This research gives a particular question answering (QA) system, designed specifically for governmental use, primarily to help departments answer questions about particular individuals. The system uses state-of-the-art language models, such as BERT and T5, to understand and process complex questions about any aspect in the government departments. A fundamental component of the system is a Knowledge Graph, designed specifically to centralize information about people from different departments. This integration of BERT and T5’s language understanding with a Knowledge Graph for person-based data enables the generation of contextual, accurate responses. In this manner, it is expected that the solution would improve governmental workflows in that information needed will be retrieved timely and reliably.
