摘要

Security of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) files is critical in engineering, manufacturing, and architecture sectors, where data integrity has direct implications on design quality and intellectual property rights. Conventional storage and verification methods are vulnerable to tampering, which renders them unsuitable for high-value design assets. This paper presents a blockchain-based security framework to protect DWG (Drawing) CAD files from unauthorized change. The method entails producing a distinct cryptographic hash for every file and logging it in an unalterable, decentralized blockchain database. During integrity checks, a newly calculated hash is compared with the value stored in the blockchain, allowing for immediate detection of file tampering. The system incorporates a simulated modification and detection module to test system robustness, in addition to a simplified interface for real-time monitoring and verification. Experimental outcomes verify that the suggested system guarantees data traceability, presents tamper-proof verification, and considerably enhances CAD file security in contrast to traditional practices. The novelty of the approach is in integrating blockchain immutability with cryptographic hashing for DWG file security, which provides an extensible and transparent solution for protecting digital engineering assets.
