Both articulating First Peoples’ values of Country and their relational dialogue to a major development project in Victoria, is mixed and immature. This chapter considers the Western Renewables Link project that resulted in five cultural values assessments for five different Country tracts of the overall overhead transmission line proposal. The project offers five different narrations about values, by five different Peoples’, about how the project respectively affects their Countries and their ways of voicing their values, concerns and ways forward.
