It describes the various leading social entrepreneurial perspectives, orientations, and frameworks that explain the journey that the founder, the leadership team, and the organisation travelled. Finally, the chapter concludes by illuminating the community-oriented practices that forms the core of the empowerment-based cooperative management model.
