The collaboration of artificial intelligence and sustainable mobility is transforming the future with Autonomous Electric Vehicles (AEVs). This paper delves into the perfect role of neuro-fuzzy systems in AEVs. This work shows how these systems drive smarter decision-making, increase safety, and enhance operational efficiency in real-time. As AEVs get more connected to the internet, they need strong security. This research looks at using Quantum Cryptography, especially Quantum Key Distribution (QKD), to create tough encryption for smart environments. By combining the flexibility of neuro-fuzzy systems with QKD’s strong security, AEVs can perform better and protect data. This paper also highlights the potential of smart city infrastructure to create secure, sustainable urban mobility solutions. An in-depth analysis of current research and real-world applications shows how neuro-fuzzy systems and quantum technologies together can shape the future of intelligent, eco-friendly transportation.
