Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and soft computing are being applied to various subjects of this field owing to their capacity to deal with complex data and giving smart solutions for accurate desired outcomes. Impact areas include genomic prediction and breeding strategies in animal genetics, precision feeding, and nutrigenomics in animal nutrition using ML and optimization of health and environmental management in livestock production, via AI-powered tools such as Internet of Things (IoT) and deep learning (DL).
