Distributed test systems have been widely used in modern industry and engineering, especially in the verification and evaluation of complex systems. Starting from the basic principles of distributed testing, this study established a multi-body dynamics distributed test platform based on Spark, and explored its characteristics and challenges in different application scenarios of multi-body dynamics. Through the analysis of current mainstream technologies, the focus is on the efficiency of testing, the reliability of data transmission, and the optimization of the collaboration mechanism between test nodes. The results show that the system is superior to the traditional centralized method in terms of efficiency and accuracy. Under the same software/hardware conditions, the acceleration ratio of the system can reach 19, which provides a reference model and practical guidance for the distributed testing of large-scale systems.
