To improve the graded pavement model construction function in the MSTMMSim software, this paper derived the pavement unevenness formula and the formula for identifying pavement grades based on pavement unevenness using the trigonometric series method. A subroutine for constructing a 3D model of graded pavements was developed in C language, a visual parameter input interface was built, corresponding graded pavement files were generated, and the reliability of the simulated pavement data was verified. The 3D model of graded pavements was successfully constructed in MSTMMSim. This subroutine is easy to operate, and the model is reliable, further improving the reliability of the MSTMMSim pavement model.
