The Circuit Transfer Matrix Method Is Applied to Eletromagnetic Transient Simulation of Power Systems
摘要
In response to the issue of high matrix order and slow simulation speed in the network equations established by the nodal voltage method in electromagnetic transient simulation of power systems, the circuit transfer matrix method was applied to electromagnetic transient simulation of power systems. First, for three different topological structures of power systems, the chain circuit transfer matrix method, closed-loop circuit transfer matrix method, and radial circuit transfer matrix method were proposed. Subsequently, taking the closing of an unloaded lossless line on a power frequency voltage source, the IEEE three machine nine node standard model, and a radial circuit as examples, the solution strategies of the chain circuit transfer matrix method, closed-loop circuit transfer matrix method, and radial circuit transfer matrix method were explained, and the feasibility and computational efficiency of the methods were verified by comparing the calculation results with those of the nodal voltage method.
