A Study on the Design and Application of Planar Spiral Acoustic Black Hole Dynamics Vibration Absorber
摘要
Acoustic black hole (ABH) structure, as an efficient passive wave manipulation approach with broadband characteristics, possesses the advantages of simple configuration and easy realization, demonstrating broad application prospects in vibration and noise control fields. Currently, when serving as Dynamic Vibration Absorbers (DVA), conventional ABH structures often exhibit excessive bulkiness for low-frequency noise suppression. This paper proposes a planar spiral ABH configuration that significantly improves spatial efficiency compared to traditional ABH designs, making it more adaptable to confined installation spaces. A planar spiral ABH-DVA (Dynamic Vibration Absorber) structure is designed, manufactured and applied for vibration and noise control in a moving vehicle. Experimental measurements verified its vibration and noise reduction performance in practical vehicle applications. Comparative analyses of cabin sound pressure levels and seat vibration velocity levels before and after ABH-DVA installation confirmed that the proposed ABH-DVA effectively suppresses vibration and noise radiation of moving vehicles.
