In order to detect the communities in the field of hematopoietic stem cells, we propose a guided local search algorithm based on the SPO-based semantic relation network. We carry out the experiments in the research area of hematopoietic stem cells, the experimental results indicate that our proposed algorithm can effectively discover the relations between the hematopoietic stem cell medicine and the diseases, and the performance analysis sheds lights on the ways to further improvements.

摘要
