Nanoscratch Experiments
摘要
Compared to nanoindentation experiment, the nanoscratch test method only needs to pass several scratch tests to obtain a large number of continuous data and reduce the measurement time to a large extent. At present, the identification of shale mineral composition and transition zone distribution length of laminar interface mostly relies on scanning electron microscopy, but this method can only obtain surface morphology and cannot further evaluate its mechanical properties. In this chapter, the failure mode and characteristic parameters of the nanoscratch are analyzed first, the continuity measurement of the nanoscratch is carried out, the mechanical parameters such as the depth of the scratch, the slope of the d2-L curve, and the fracture toughness are determined, the mineral component identification method based on the nanoscratch curve is established, and the thickness change of the laminae transition zone is emphatically introduced.
