Index System Construction and Intelligent Evaluation for Pilot Competency Training

Pilot competency training is a core component in ensuring aviation safety and flight efficiency, and the systematic development and intelligent evaluation of its indicator system are of great significance for enhancing training effectiveness. This study aims to construct a pilot competency training index system and develop a corresponding intelligent evaluation system. The Delphi method was employed to conduct two rounds of expert consultation, with 20 pilots invited to participate in the questionnaire survey. Statistical analysis was used to determine a hierarchical index system consisting of three primary indicators: theoretical knowledge training, flight training, and non-technical skills training. A combined method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Preference Comparison Method was used to calculate the weights of each level of indicators. Based on this, an intelligent evaluation system was designed to efficiently assess pilot competency, thereby supporting targeted training and enhancing flight safety. The system comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module, an intelligent evaluation module, and an output presentation module. This study provides a sound basis and technical support for competency-based training and assessment of civil aviation pilots.
