A 3D Uniform Distribution Display Method for Wing Structure Experimental Strain Data Based on the SABRE Visualization Engine
摘要
This paper addresses the issue of discrete and heterogeneous strain measurement data in aircraft structural static strength tests, which fails to reflect the overall physical structural topology. Based on the typical wing structure characteristics of aircraft, this study proposes an automatic interpolation mesh construction technique using discrete strain gauges. A modifiable inverse distance weighting (IDW) interpolation method is employed to obtain spatially continuous strain fields, followed by the development of a high-precision experimental strain visualization software leveraging the rendering interface of the SABRE Visualization engine. Numerical examples demonstrate that the proposed method achieves high computational accuracy and excellent real-time visualization performance, exhibiting significant engineering application potential.
