摘要

The key process numerical control (NC) rate and inherent safety are closely related in the aviation industry, collectively influencing the production efficiency and safety of aerospace enterprises. With the continuous improvement in precision requirements for aircraft manufacturing and the increasing emphasis on safety, the enhancement of the NC rate for critical processes has become an inevitable trend in the modern development of the aerospace industry. Looking ahead to the future demands for high-end, intelligent, and green development in aviation manufacturing, this study takes key process numerical control as a carrier to systematically investigate the intrinsic connections between inherent safety and the improvement of the NC rate for critical processes. It identifies the synergy between these two aspects and analyzes how the enhancement of the NC rate for critical processes promotes inherent safety. Through case studies of typical manufacturing processes, this research clarifies the core role of increasing the NC rate in process stability, reducing human errors, strengthening process monitoring, and enhancing risk prevention and quality traceability. These findings provide valuable references for intelligent upgrades in aerospace manufacturing enterprises.
