Design and Research of Graphene-Based Heater for Air Compressor Valve Plate
摘要
Aircraft compressor valve plates are prone to icing in high-altitude low-temperature environments, severely compromising system efficiency and combat effectiveness. Traditional resistive heaters suffer from high thermal inertia and low heating efficiency, failing to meet rapid heating requirements in extreme conditions. Leveraging the exceptional properties of graphene materials, this study designs a graphene-based heater specifically for aircraft compressor valve plates, focusing on heating performance. Through theoretical power calculations, structural optimization, and process improvements, experimental results demonstrate that the graphene heater achieves rapid response, high energy efficiency, and superior temperature uniformity during the – 55 to 15 ℃ heating process, providing an effective solution to valve plate icing.
