Research on the Process Management System for Green Manufacturing of Aerospace Equipment

Under the background of the “dual carbon” goals, China’s aerospace equipment manufacturing industry is accelerating its green transformation. This article takes “a process management system based on green manufacturing in aerospace equipment” as its core and examines the importance and necessity of achieving the objectives of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.” It proposes measures such as establishing a green manufacturing process standard system that covers the entire lifecycle, improving risk prevention mechanisms to ensure the safety and controllability of the transition, advancing low-carbon technological innovation to overcome key technical bottlenecks, and strengthening digitalization and intelligentization support capabilities to enhance the efficiency of the transformation. These efforts aim to continuously optimize the technological system, drive the industry towards a carbon–neutral future, and promote the green transformation and high-quality sustainable development of aerospace equipment manufacturing.
