Cost-Effective Manufacturing of Electronic Assembly in Aircraft Equipment
摘要
With the increasing complexity of aviation equipment and intensifying market competition, economical manufacturing in electronic assembly has become a core factor in enhancing the cost-effectiveness ratio of equipment. This paper focuses on the electronic assembly process of aviation equipment, systematically analyzing economic influencing factors across critical stages, such as process design, process standardization, and production process optimization, from a whole-life cycle cost perspective. It proposes a collaborative optimization strategy based on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and smart factory integration. The research findings demonstrate that through standardization of process parameters, collaborative innovation in the process standardization, and digital cost modeling, the costs of aviation electronic assembly can be reduced while simultaneously improving manufacturing reliability.
