摘要

To address the long-term stability requirements for helicopter rotor blade laminar replacement, a study was conducted to investigate the performance changes of different adhesives under wet-heat aging conditions in actual rotor blade configurations. Pre- and post-wet-heat aging tests were performed, including floating roller peel, shear static, and shear fatigue tests. Detailed comparative analysis and strength analysis were carried out on the test results. The findings confirmed that the selected adhesive maintains sufficient bonding strength for rotor blade laminar replacement even after long-term use. This research provides technical support to enhance the quality stability of helicopter rotor blades and elevates the overall level of composite rotor blade manufacturing in the industry. Additionally, the findings can be extended to related work involving adhesive bonding between composites and metals within the industry.
