Research on Precision Control Technology for Closing Gaps in Multi-Core Composite Molding Structures
摘要
This paper involves a composite multi-core molding structure, briefly introduces the main rotor blade structure, and focuses on the issue of excessive closing gaps at the root of the blades during the forming process, which leads to non-conforming products. By combining product structure and molding processes, in-depth calculations and theoretical analyses were conducted on this problem. A solution was developed and validated through experiments, completely eliminating this challenge. The study achieved an optimal lightweight design for multi-core composite molding structures and ensured high-quality manufacturing of the products. This approach can be extended to similar issues in other types of composite parts, laying a solid foundation for their resolution.
