Pudendal nerve terminal motor latency (PNTML) testing is a diagnostic procedure used to evaluate the conduction time of the pudendal nerve. Although PNTML testing is now rarely performed in Japan, it remains a potentially valuable tool for identifying the etiology of fecal incontinence.
