The chapter consists of three parts. In the first part, six internal/external factors related to psychological well-being in healthcare profession students are described: empathy, emotional intelligence, conflict management style, attitude toward collaborative practice, study–life balance, and social support. In the second part, four aspects of stress and psychological well-being and their evaluation methods are introduced: emotional exhaustion, relationship conflict, psychological safety, and student burnout. In the last part, expected roles of supervisors in promoting students’ psychological well-being are suggested from three perspectives: assessing each student’s characteristics from multiple perspectives and providing emotional and practical support; improving their own IPECP teaching competencies; and suggesting an organizational system to protect students’ physical and mental health.
