In the current visual optimization design of web page interface text, there are many problems such as the long loading time of non-text content such as pictures and videos, which leads to delayed display of text content, and the lack of effective hierarchical design such as titles and subtitles in text presentation. This article aimed to use computer interaction technology to solve the problems of slow interface response time and unclear web page content hierarchy in the visual optimization design of web page interface text. The study used media queries in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to optimize web pages for specific screen widths and device types, and dynamically adjust the layout and style of the page based on different conditions. Using fluid layout and CSS's flexible box mode, the text and other elements in the web page can automatically adjust their width and arrangement according to the size of the browser window. Combining flexible layout and fluid layout technology, the arrangement of text blocks on different devices can be automatically adjusted. Computer interaction technology and real-time response mechanism are used to interact with dynamic text and analyze user interaction behavior, thereby optimizing the visual effect of web page text. Experiments show that the response time of the text visual design of the web page interface in this article on desktops of different sizes is within 1s; the page response time for users to perform interactive operations on the web page is within 0.5s, and the scrolling response time is within 0.2s; when the network speed is not less than 10Mbps, the page loading time is within 2s, the image loading time is within 1.5s, and the video loading time is within 2.5s. The study verified the effectiveness of computer interaction technology in the visual optimization design of web page interface text and improved users' overall satisfaction with the web page.
