In the digital environment of 2025, intelligent libraries have achieved efficient management and service through RFID technology. However, the value of RFID data has not yet been fully realized. This paper takes the library of Jianghan University as an example to construct an intelligent book selection decision support system based on RFID circulation data. The system analyzes book borrowing data, generates keywords, and performs clustering to ultimately achieve personalized recommendations. The system can effectively enhance the scientific nature of book selection and the utilization rate of resources, providing intelligent support for library acquisition decisions. In the future, with the application of technologies such as smart bookshelves, the system will be further optimized to better meet the needs of readers.
