The government agencies and various enterprises and institutions in China have increasingly high requirements for performance appraisal systems. In order to better protect the rights and interests of employees, this article introduces the principle of the error deduction algorithm and analyzes its advantages in performance appraisal applications. Based on the error deduction algorithm, a computer network platform performance appraisal system is established. The system is developed using JSP language, with MyEclipse and Tomcat as the development platforms and backend server platforms, respectively. After online testing, the system can effectively obtain real democratic evaluation data, becoming a reliable basis for personnel selection.
