With the formal promulgation of the two international financial reports, the IFRS S1 and S2 standards for sustainable disclosure in 2023, it marks a new stage in global sustainable development information disclosure. For power grid companies that are related to the national economy and people's livelihood, while improving the operating efficiency of the power grid by building a new type of safe, stable and reliable power system, it is the top priority for power grid companies in the new development stage to increase the consumption of clean energy to help the country achieve the "dual carbon" goal. Based on the analysis of the operation and management characteristics of power grid enterprises under the new power system, this paper discusses the important significance of sustainable information disclosure to the sustainable development of power grid enterprises and the construction of new quality productivity in the new power system industry ecosystem. It puts forward the idea of the construction and implementation path of the sustainable information disclosure system of power grid enterprises under the new power system, providing reference and reference for promoting power grid enterprises to practice the concept of sustainable development in the new development stage.
