Research on Synchronous Lifting Cloud Control System Based on Wireless Local Area Network

With the continuous expansion of the application field of hydraulic synchronous lifting technology, the traditional wired control method has been difficult to adapt to some complex construction environments, and the development of information technology has also made the synchronous lifting technology begin to change in the direction of digitalization and intelligence. In order to improve the existing synchronous lifting control network structure, a cloud-based synchronous lifting control system based on wireless local area network is proposed. The synchronous lifting wireless communication system is built by AC + AP networking architecture, and the synchronous lifting pump station system is connected to the LAN through WiFi-CAN devices; the pump station control host computer is designed and developed by using B/S architecture and front-end/back-end separation technology, which realizes the remote control and monitoring of the synchronous lifting pump station. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the synchronous hoisting cloud control system are verified through the experiment of connecting the pump stations in the field. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of synchronized lifting cloud control system is verified through the experiment of actual pumping station.
