In the cyclical operation cycle of excavator, the rotation of the rotary table occupies a lot of time, so the route planning including the rotation process has more engineering application value to shorten the cycle time, improve work efficiency and reduce energy consumption, based on the detailed theoretical analysis of the common operation cycle conditions of backhoes including the rotation process, the RRT* algorithm is used to plan a relatively short, collision-free and high-efficiency bucket tip path,the simulation is carried out by using SOLIDWORKS, and the motion parameters of each component of the working device are obtained, which verifies the feasibility of the proposed path planning.
